Best Time To Visit

The best time to visit Vietnam is from December through February. These winter months have very little rain and more mild temperatures.

However, due to Vietnam being long and narrow, the country has different weather patterns throughout the year, depending on how far north or south you go. Northern Vietnam can experience much cooler temperatures than the hot, humid South.

The dry season in northern and southern Vietnam typically runs from about November through April. While the dry season in central Vietnam runs from January to August.
