Best Time To Visit
The best time to visit Norway depends on exactly what you want to see and do while visiting this Nordic wonderland.
If you are traveling to Norway to see the Northern Lights, the best time is from October to March. Keep in mind that November, December, and January will see temperatures drop to extreme colds.
The best time for hiking and cruising the Fjords is during the summer months – June, July, and August. You will experience warm, pleasant temperatures and the famous midnight sun.
If you visit during the shoulder months of May and September, you will experience more mild temperatures and benefit from smaller crowds and lower prices on airfare and accommodation.
