Best Time To Go
Hungary has a relatively mild climate, so it is certainly a destination that can be visited year-round.
Peak tourism occurs during the warm summer months of June, July, and August. This means higher prices and large crowds as most of Europe is on holiday this time of year.
The spring and fall shoulder seasons are ideal times to visit Hungary. March, April, and May, as well as September, October, and November, are the best months to visit Hungary, especially Budapest. The weather is pleasant, and the crowds are much smaller than during peak season.
